CANCELLATION POLICY
Most of our furniture are made to order. Orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. WE DO NOT HAVE ‘CHANGE OF HEART’ RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
1.We have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product, please write to us at contact@sanjudesigns.com
2. Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product onsite, or offer you a replacement.
3. In case of replacement, When returning defective product please return with the original packaging, The logistics partner(s) reserve the right to refuse the pickup of goods which are not packed properly as per the guidelines and may get damaged in the reverse transit. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging material in good condition throughout the warranty period. Any additional packaging material sent by the company for reverse logistics will be chargeable further.
